Nadia didn't set out to open a health spot. She set out to feel good again.

When she and Stephen swapped London's late nights for the Kamberg, life slowed down: early walks, clean food, a gentler rhythm. Friends kept asking where they could find something "healthy, quick and actually delicious". So Nadia started pressing juices at home, testing smoothie bowls between school runs and packing warm grain bowls for busy locals. Fresco grew from those small, everyday moments: real ingredients, made fresh, served with kindness.

Simple and honest

Nadia keeps the menu short and true. She buys from local growers she knows by name, grinds nut butters in-house and makes dressings that are bright and balanced. Nothing fussy, nothing preachy, just food that helps you get through the day feeling lighter. If it doesn't serve your body or your schedule, it doesn't make the menu.

Fresco is for the gym-goer grabbing a cold-pressed juice, the parent between errands and the traveller heading into the Berg.
